Shipping costs

Within Germany: €6.00, free shipping from €200.00.
Within the European Union: €15.00.
Europe: €20.00.
We only deliver to all other countries on request.

We use the services of DHL and DPD for shipping.

For the return shipment within Germany we charge you shipping costs of 6,00€.

For returns within the EU, please select a service of your choice. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer.

We only supply all countries outside the European Union duty unpaid and untaxed. 

Customs duties and taxes within the European Union

For all goods shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or customs duties are due.

We would like to point out that customs duties and additional costs may be incurred for orders outside the EU. These are to be borne by the customer. The item prices and delivery costs are therefore stated as net prices.

Shipping times

Important information on delivery times

We check every order personally to prevent overlapping. The checks take place during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

If you send an order request outside these times, it will be processed as soon as possible.

National shipping: We ship the goods within 2-4 days after receipt of payment.

International shipping: We ship the goods within 4-6 days after receipt of payment.

Depending on the order volume, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process, we apologize for this. The standard delivery times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

 

Returns

We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. All returns can now be processed online.

How can I return items?
1. Enter your order number and e-mail address in the fields and click on "Start".
2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
3. Please note that one return must be registered per package.
4. Now enter the corresponding reason for return. In the event of a complaint or incorrect delivery, you can upload pictures and add comments.
5. You can download a DHL label provided by us
6. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping label.
7. take your return to a parcel drop-off point and keep the proof of shipment until your refund.

Please note the following points so that we can process your return.
- We can only refund the returned items that were specified on the returns form.
- You can return your ordered items within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- The items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- The labels and hangtags must not be removed.

You can cancel your order within 14 days. As soon as we receive your return, it will be carefully checked. Once it has been checked, you will receive a refund to the payment method you selected at the time of payment. This can take up to 10 days. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
