Shipping costs

Within Germany: 5,00€, from 200,00€ free shipping.
Within the European Union: 15,00€.
Europe: 20,00€. All other countries we deliver only on request.

For shipping we use the service of DHL and DPD.

Attention: all countries outside the European Union we deliver only duty unpaid and untaxed.

For the return shipment please choose a service of your choice. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer.

Duties and taxes within the European Union

For all goods shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties are due.

Duties and taxes outside the European Union

We point out that for orders outside the EU customs duties and additional costs may apply. These are to be borne by the customer. The item prices and delivery costs are thus indicated as net prices.

Shipping times

We personally check every order to avoid any overlap. The exams take place during our business hours, these are: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you send an order request outside of these times, it will be processed at the next possible time.

National shipping: We ship the goods after receipt of payment within 2-4 days.

International shipping: We will ship the goods within 4-6 days after we receive your payment.

Depending on the order volume, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process, we apologise for this. The usual transit times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

Return

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As soon as your return has arrived back to us, it will be carefully checked. After the inspection, you will receive the refund on the payment method you chose when making the payment. This may take up to 10 days. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
