Innerhalb Deutschlands: 6,00€, ab 200,00€ versandkostenfrei.
Innerhalb der Europäischen Union: 15,00€.
Europa: 20,00€.
Alle anderen Länder beliefern wir nur auf Anfrage.

For shipping we use the service of DHL and DPD.

Für den Rückversand innerhalb der EU wählen Sie bitte einen Service Ihrer Wahl. Die Kosten hierzu sind vom Kunden selbst zu tragen.

Alle Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union beliefern wir nur unverzollt und unversteuert. 

Duties and taxes within the European Union

For all goods shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties are due.

Duties and taxes outside the European Union

We point out that for orders outside the EU customs duties and additional costs may apply. These are to be borne by the customer. The item prices and delivery costs are thus indicated as net prices.

Shipping times

We personally check every order to avoid any overlap. The exams take place during our business hours, these are: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you send an order request outside of these times, it will be processed at the next possible time.

National shipping: We ship the goods after receipt of payment within 2-4 days.

International shipping: We will ship the goods within 4-6 days after we receive your payment.

Depending on the order volume, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process, we apologise for this. The usual transit times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

Sie können Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen rückgängig machen. Sobald Ihre Retoure wieder bei uns angekommen ist, wird diese sorgfältig geprüft. Nach der Prüfung erhalten Sie die Erstattung auf die von Ihnen bei der Zahlung gewählte Zahlungsmethode. Dies kann bis zu 10 Tage dauern. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis und danken für Ihre Geduld.
